Great!  I hoped this was true, but wasn't entirely sure.  I really don't want to

the Nalimov code to my program, and now I have the perfect excuse when
people request it:  My program is released under the GPL.

It would perhaps be possible for Fabien, but not for Thomas.  You are
not allowed to take a GPL program by somebody else, make changes,
and release it under a different license.

I don't know, but I fail to see why it is relevant.  Crafty is not a GPL
program.
