It's still not made for public use. I wonder why you need this chess engine. There're a lot of good ones to be on par or even stronger : Chessbase Fritz 8 Bilbao, Shredder 9UCI, Hiarcs 9, Junior 9... If you want Zappa because it's leading in the champ now, just recall a good saying: do not count the chickens before they are hatched. It hasn't played against the toughest silicon players so far.
