The thing is with moderation someone can post somthing that he feels is not way off and a moderator may feel differently then possibly you get a warning and you wonder WHY? I think mabey a pre warning before stike one may help in some form, it is hard to figure what would work here thats why im happy i just read and dont have to moderate :))
