White is still clearly better after the queen exchange and he simpifies the position. In fact, after 34.Rd7 instead of 34.Re5 he is probably winning(Black could have improved earlier). It's hard to say what Kamsky was thinking. Maybe he expected to outplay his young opponent in the endgame. Maybe he thought he was winning anyways, Or maybe he just got tired. I'm glad to see Kamsky bach to playing chess, But the rust is showing. Regards Tony
