I was really asking about how the TD is going to resolve ties.  For example, two
programs tie for 2nd.  One gets 2nd place, one gets 3rd.  But in a round-robin,
the usual sum of opponent's scores is no good since both will have the same
total...

The question was, was this discussed in the player's meeting and what was
decided, or was it forgotten...
