Hi Omar
Nice to hear that you read everything I publish. As to Chess
Tiger I think it's still a very strong engine. In our tourney
we used Fritz 8.0.0.26 which seems somewhat weaker than Fritz 8
Bilbao. Fruit 2.1 test is still running (Nunn2 tests) and the
latest test will relate to Toga II 1.0 of which first results
will be published today. And finally: you are right that blitz
games should always run with time increment.
