Your explanation is nice and fair. So what it finally means is that if a
participant of a tournament is asked to submit his source, then he had no choice
but to accept the decision of the arbitrators if his program is disqualified
and as to the PERCENTAGE of cloning that may be the cause.

So participants of tournaments must take care if programs have any chance of
being classified as a clone.
