Cloning. What else should it be?

It is certainly not about copy and paste,
you/one could change the code a lot (in a cosmetic or obfuscating sense)
and still be copying the whole idea and concept.
in the example you use it is hard to believe how one could even hope
to call a program, for example "cinema", ones own. It is obvious,
and I think many people just dont say that, because they respect your
honesty, so do I, but the idea of cloning fruits evaluation, (or search, or...)
and not going to comply with the GPL is not good, imo.
