I consider the following aspects: (1) Black gets two connected passed pawns on the 3rd rank (2) Black has no way to stop at least one of them from promoting (3) Black cannot give a perpetual check Of course I cannot be 100% sure that (2) and (3) is true in any case but I think that my evluation is more often correct than incorrect. You mentioned only (1) for crafty. Is that true? How does Diep solve WAC#2? Greetings, Steffen.
