Haveing loaded S9 Chessbase and S9 Uci there lies the problem. Its seems haveing
 both aplications on hard drive confuses both programs. What I did was take S9
Chessbase off then loaded S8 and upgraded. Now K/ns stablized and winning games
on Playchess. Infact both programs seemed to benifit with no K/ns tanking.
