I think longer TC games should be more interesting as the evaluation function becomes a lot more important. A clear example of this is the games against Arno Nickel, he found faults in the comps play that would take a very deep search to find, but perhaps with better eval could be overcome. I also expect that Shredder, Hiarcs, Junior and the like would have much more involved evals than these new engines, especially in areas such as endgames that don't necessarily add a great amount to their rating, but make them far better for analysis in many situations.
