No.  King has to be too far away to help stop the pawns, they can't be
blockaded, etc.

Crafty solves wac2 instantly due to eval.  But without this term (it can
be commented out) it takes a couple of seconds to solve it tactically at
somewhere between 10 and 11 plies, which is also pretty easy to do.
