      This must not necessarily be the case. At FRC there
      are other rules guilty in my opinion. One example:
      how to define the centre? Is it still e4/d4-e5/d5
      despite the often very strange starting position.

      Fully agreed and this is one reason why we prefer
      the testing with pre-defined positions or short books.
      We would like to know the playing strenght of the more
      or less naked engines and not the goodness of the books.
