15 rounds is a lot more than we need to determine a winner, so I'd like to
suggest halving the # of rounds and doubling the time control.  Perhaps 8 rounds
at 25+2?  8 rounds would be easier to schedule and coordinate, too.

We'd also get better quality chess, and the slower pace would make it easier for
spectators to follow the games.

I'd also vote for pushing the date back a bit, as I'd like more than 1 month to
dust off my engine and get it ready to play.  :)
