This application of the term fuzzy is wrong. Not the definitions are fuzzy when people can't "agree" 100% - which means behave differently to the clear definition. It's a moral problem. Stealing is a good example. Everybody knows what stealing is. But on the internet stealing isn't perceived as stealing although it is. (If a mathematical example could help: the fact that not all people get 4 from 2x2 does NOT mean that the problem of 2x2 has a fuzzy solution.)
