A better comparison is between same type of time control like 40 minutes/40 moves and 3 minutes/40 moves. If you find that Zappa is clearly weaker than fruit2.1 in the first case and clearly stronger than fruit2.1 in the second case then it proves your point. Using 2 processors for zappa may be a problem in this test because it is possible that you get bigger speed improvement at long time control. Uri
