Crafty now compiles for single CPU without any source changes, but I still have
to remove phase.c and evaluate.h from makefile.nt

I downloaded the ZIP file an hour ago and it still has a lot of extra files.

I noticed that it is possible to compile the x1.c and x2.c with optimization
/Oa (assume no aliasing) turned on and it still works, but I haven't checked
if this gives any performance impprovement. The egtb.c cannot be compiled with
this option.

My newly compiled crafty seems to work very well now and it seems to be faster
because it resolves fail highs and lows faster than before and the evaluation
also seems to be better in some of the test positions.

Thank you very much Mr. Hyatt for providing me with my main analysis tool !

Regards
Andreas
