Hi Roger,

I wasn't demanding anything. I just felt that it would be polite to answer
enquiries rather than ignore people as though they didn't exist. It's called
good manners.
We should be very grateful for what the engine authors do and of course it's
their choice as to whether they remain amateur, go professional or not release
their engine at all. It is not our right to complain about what they decide.
