Subject: Best Free IDE + Compiler for C Programming?

Hi All,

I'm currently using Dev-C++ from Bloodshed Software. Its pretty good, but I'm
noticing that it doesn't compile alot of source code that people have been
sending me.

Most recently it doesn't understand (false) only (0). I wonder why every
compiler is different.. it frustrating that perhaps somewhere along the line,
people deviated from the standard?
