Subject: X2 4800 Help!?

I have just received my new X2 4800. I have downloaded DS9 uci but the problem I
am having is that only 1 cpu is being used.

I can't even see a second CPU in task manager.

Also ic Chessbase GUI if I try to run engine match with Permanent brain on - i
get the warning permanent brain with only 1 CPU?

How do I make my machine work as a dual?
