Subject: openings book format

I have purchased a download copy of Shredder 9 UCI from Shredderchess.com and
with it comes an openings book but it is in .bkt format.

I also have purchased S9 on CD from Chessbase which has an openings book
Shredder 9.ctg.

I would like to be able to use the .bkt book in Chessbase. Does anyone know:

a) are the 2 books the same ?

b) is there a way to convert .bkt to .ctg to be able to use with the CB GUI ?
