First thing to do is check your BIOS. Make sure you have the latest BIOS update and try to read up on XP64 support through the BIOS. Second thing I would check is to make sure that your OS was installed with 2 processors installed. I remember a few years back when I setup a dual celeron motherboard Abit BP-6 (at that time that was a big deal), that if I installed the OS with only 1 cpu, then if I added another cpu it wouldn't see it. It would only setup with both cpu's if the installation was natively done with both processors up and running during the installation phase. I am not sure if this is the problem but is worth a check.
