Can you shed some light on this and briefly explain how the dual core's are cooled on your system, and what you can do to fix a problem of one of them over-heating? I'm assuming that these cores are already cooled by "heat sinks" radiators, and /or a little fan piggy-backed on the cores, or both. So what did you do to sort this out?
