Hello George, Ok. I'm assuming you have already installed reshacker. Run the program. Click file open. Now go to your engines folder and select the file Tiger15.eng(you will probably have to select show all files under file types).After you open the Tiger15.eng file you should see a folder called bitmap. open the bitmap folder.now you should see 2 folders named 102 and 103. Open 102 and their will be a green icon. Now on the menu select action replace bitmap. Now you will have to browse for your alternative logo. once found click replace at the bottom of the program. Do the same thing with the folder named 103. This should do it. Regards Tony
