1)I looked at computer-computer games and sometimes computers do stupid mistakes
in endgames so you cannot be sure about the result between computers when the
evaluation is +1.xx or -2.xx

2)You cannot know the real rating of someone who is not in the list.
It is possible that Ed Schröder could have 2200 elo rating and is not playing in
tournaments.

I think that it is possible to improve to 2200 elo level only by reading books
and playing against programs
