Incremental time? No.
There is a fischer chess clock with incremental time.
But FRC = Fischer random chess is about other opening positions
of the pieces, 960 different positions that is. There are no
special time rules.

Maybe to avoid this confusion or maybe to avoid chess player's
names at all, the name chess960 has become more popular.
IMHO.
