Subject: How do you change Shredder 9 book to .ctg or other book format

I bought the Shredder 9.1UCI and it comes with a book.  I want to use Chessbase
GUI in a tounmaent and would like to use that book.  Apparentely Chessbase GUI
does not read the native Shredder book so it needs to be changed to .ctg or .pgn
format.  Any ideas.
