I strongly recommend that anyone interested in endgame analysis with tablebases reads the Doc's article in New in Chess last issue: "Recent advances in endgame theory". Might be the prelude to a new book. As usual (remember the "Silicon Oracle" article) he made some fascinating discoveries with the help of his computer, his brain and the tools generated by Eugene & Co. The fact that Q+gP+hP versus Q can be drawn in many cases is baffling ! (such as in W: Kh4/Qe4/g5/h5 vs Kh8/Qd7)
