As far as these days any top engine wins or tend to win or at the very least
equalize with GM,'s I do not see the purpose to prepare an engine to beat GM's.
And most humans anyway are lot less strong that GM's. So It is like to say as
great novelty that a car is being specially designed to roll over wheels.
Only target I see now as interesting to me is an engine really capable of
teaching and developping a best chess, something useful for the user, one with
entertainning tools that can be used with fun for the average player.
Chessbase kind of programs and any other current trainning programs seems to me
very good for pros or even for very engaged amateurs, but not for the file and
rank of chess player, between which I count myself.
