I do not know it.

I looked in the ssdf games between Fritz5.32 and Hiarcs7 and found that
Fritz5.32 won one game because of poor endgame of Hiarcs7 and not because of
tactics.

I also know that Hiarcs7 is a good solver of test positions and sometimes is
better than Fritz5.32 in tactical positions.
