Hello Peter, In the beginning there are two ".ini" files. The first is cm.ini and the second is cmdefault.ini. They are both in the Chessmaster root directory. You can open these files with a text editor and change the line under [engine] ttable_size=20 to =21 or 22 or 23 or 24 etc. Each increase doubles the size of the hash table. I think it is reccomended to use 23 for best results which I think is 16 Meg for a PII 200. If you have a faster machine you can use 24 or 25. Do this for both of the ini files. Then when you create a new user the new user will also have the expanded hash table size. If you have already created a new "user" then you have to go to the "Users" sub-directory and change the ini file for each new user you have created. I hope this helps.
