Since you just won a world championship, you have earned a crowd of haters. You do come across a bit brash at times (as do Hyatt, Vincent, and many other good chess programmers), and the impersonal nature of the internet will multiply that effect a thousand times. So I would not worry about it. You are not going to please everyone. I would look at it this way: There are 6 billion people in the world. One of them (you) happened to win a world championship this year for computer chess and the rest of them did not win it. So if some of the 6 billion less one want to throw tomato and potato just figure that it is jealousy for the most part. As is usual, the majority are silent and a few sqeaky gears are the ones that get noticed. IMO-YMMV.
