Hello Georg, I'm using the winboard adapter and the winboard engine version because I wanted to help Crafty to use it's own book and it's learning functions, and it's tablebases. Under the Fritz 532 GUI Crafty does not have access to it's own book and cannot learn. With the latest Crafty 16.4 T it has been given access to it's tablebases but that's all. I would like to get Crafty to play exactly the same as it plays under winboard since this is a "Natural" environment for it. The Chessbase adaptation of Crafty is so far very unacceptable and handicaps Crafty. I want to play Crafty using the auto232 function against the top programs (Fritz,Junior,Nimzo etc.). Jim Walker
