Unfortunately, I just discovered that CM10 does NOT have the ability to import a
PGN file into an opening book, which means that any new book that you want to
make has to be created MOVE BY MOVE! A disaster, in my opinion, as the other
option was very easy.

So, if you want to make a book based on an opening that isn't covered by the
other books, let me know and I'll throw it together for you.

I did verify that old books will work in CM 10.

I also noticed that (at least) there is one relatively cool new feature in the
CM 10 opening book editor. The board will now graphically display the moves from
the book via a small icon above the piece that is to move, also showing the
priority of that move. A nice touch....
