Hi Guenther,
please be sure that I got what you said. Partly I do share your views. But you
can also be certain that nobody here in CCC is taking such results without
making all the considerations. But in absence of better material people want to
see something and this is why material from servers are welcomed. It is likewise
true that the authors of peograms have a more experimental attitude.

However, this is not totally true. As you know the tournaments CET or so are
taken seriously and this is good because the internet is the given alternative
to time-wasting on Iceland. Serious authors have a job and can't troll around
like students or hippies so to speak.

I read something out of your message which could mean that you are among those
who say that ONLY if an author publicly declared that the following games are
serious now, that THEN the results are serious. In other cases the games are all
experimental. Well Guenther. Unofficially and experimentally, I am the
unofficial World champion in Classical Chess. Did you know that? :)
