How much percentage does Elchinito contain Crafty's code?

If it's lesser than 95%,Elchinito should be tested,as Toga is being
tested,results reported about Toga are hefty

Some people claim Toga contain almost 99% or nearly 100% of Fruit.I'm not saying
Toga should not be tested,What I'm trying to say is that Elchinito should also
be tested because the last version wa sproven to be much stronger than
Crafty[was it?]
