I admit that I did not read it and I used my commone sense.

If the source of some program that is based on Crafty is released then I guess
that there will be no problem to call it in a name that begins with Crafty(see
Crafty-classic of Mike Byrne) so there is going to be no problem with it.

The only problem is written permission from the author and I see no reason that
Hyatt will refuse to give it.
