Got to agree about the caps, anyways the thing I wish to ask is when system tiger is set the game is not at it's strongest settings according to options and according to REBEL, Rebel. Therefore my question is.....is Rebel 10c tiger supposed to be stronger than rebel 10 without tiger. As the game set-up indicates that it is not stronger. Dan Kiski.
