Try something like this:

xboard -zp -ics -icshost 64.71.131.140 -fcp ruffian -thinking -autoflag
-icssport 5000 -icshelper timeseal

Of course, just change the name of the program (I got Ruffian here).  Works for
me, should work for you too.
