Hi... I had the Arasan 4.0 program for about a four months and have never had any problem with it at all, it always worked great on my pc even with my outdated cyrix 6x86 cpu! you could possibly have an undetected virus on your pc. my kids are always picking them up on the chat channels! another possibility is that you are missing some critical files- i would try another download of 4.0 or the latest 5.0. best regards, frank
