Athlon FX-55 is 2.6 ghz, way higher than a P4 3.8ghz. It is the second fastest 1 core processor (the fastest 1 core is the Athlon FX-57 2.8 ghz). It makes absolute sense because HIARCS doesn't support Multi-Processors.
