Yes. This is an example of my #5 in the previous message. For players under the
GM level, I would think that this would occur with a much greater frequency due
to cheating and/or just limiting your opponents. I do not empathize with the
kick some people must get out of this, but I doubt it would skew the data
signficantly at the GM level.
