I know he called people hypocrites, and rather should have said they were being
hypocritical. He could then use his arguement with some validity.

Very true, and I didn't say he was correct in this matter at all. I just didn't
touch on it because it is more of an opinion and he is allowed to have one. In
fact everyone is.

He should remember that to....

I didn't really look at his post as calling _me_ or _you_ a hypocrite. I saw it
as a blanket statement made to all those stating that they would not purchase
Zappa if it didn't have UCI support, and they are more than welcome to take
those actions.

In some ways "they" were being hypocritical, and in others they weren't. They
were making a consumer choice and nothing more. GCP over looked that.

I think so to. The unfortunate thing about that is everyone is in a huff over
nothing.

It is Anthony's right to include/not include UCI support in Zappa, and as
consumers we have the right to not buy it/not buy it due to that decision.

If you look at all the statements as I am, then really it is just people
expressng opinions and they are clashing. It is also getting heated which I am
try to avoid by seeing both sides of the situation.

I think Anthony was getting angry because people were putting words into his
mouth that he didn't say, and pulling him into an arguement he would rather not
have. I would have the _exact_ same reaction and get equally
pissed/upset/insolent. In fact I would be a little more harsh than he was. :p

I have no ill will against either man. For once I am in the position of trying
to put out the flames instead of fanning them.. and I miss the dark side :)
