It's not that crappy. I have a Dell PDA that has the same processor but running
at 624MHz, and according to tests I did comparing Toga and Fruit running on it
as opposed to an Athlon running at 2GHz, there was a 15-16x speed difference,
which should equate to roughly 200 elo. After that much depends on what you
estimate the Athlon combination to play at. If it is 2700, which doesn't seem
absurd considering the published results of late, and you consider the 3x
slowdown to be worth 60 elo, then it may play at as much as 2450. This is all
speculation of course, except the speed difference, which are the results I got.
