If the tournament will last only 6 hours then seems best
that it starts at 10-11 EST. That will be good for the West
Coast of the USA (7-8am) and Europe would be around 4-6 pm.
IIRC being a saturday only event, the participants in Europe
and Israel and further may find that reasonable.
I suppose good questions would be:
To the West USA: How early is too early?
To the Europeans: How late is too late?
With those questions answered, things could be narrowed in.
