If i remember correctly this was the setting i tested a lot of months ago with
excelent results. Though it seems not to be stronger than Toga II, i think it is
still strong enough to improve the default setting a little.
I can recall of a little 5' blitz tournament with very strong opponents where
it won with 21.5/28 in a double round robin against 14 engines, scoring 4 points
above the second (Toga II) and 4.5 better than the default shredder 9 setting.
