Yes, Rc3 looks right to me. Removing the rooks should make it much easier for
Black to convert. That Black is clearly winning should not be in doubt. Just
take off the pieces, leaving everything else as is,

and anyone can see it. So Black should try to trade them off, without disturbing
the structure.
