no, I understand SMK this way that the version I've bought (also a version of SHREDDER 9) is NOT able to allow 960 so there is no update for that because my SHREDDER 9 came with the FRITZ GUI. It's bad for me but I can't change it now. If I had known I certainly hadn't bought this version. SMK told me that SHREDDER is distributed on several and different levels... Something I can't understand, why here I shouldn't have a GUI and why SHREDDER was sold with FRITZ GUI. I am a little bit deceived because I didn't buy a cheap version at all. I payed exactly the price the UCI version does cost. Honestly I must say that at the time I bought it I was happy because I had the newest SHREDDER and could use it as engine without opening two different programs. Now I see the disadvantage. Long time ago I had the same issue with a seemingly original version of GENIUS which came from Ossi Weiner through (this time a cheap seller) ALDI Germany. Later I found out that this wasn't exactly the last and strongest version of CHESS GENIUS. But ok, I must admit that I'm really a business lay. I'm always easily confused...
