As we all know the moderator's task is a thankless one much like an Umpire in Baseball or a Referee if his presence goes unnoticed then he is doing a good job long..hard hours..pay below the minimum wage.. no union or even health benefits after having read all moderation philosophies i now ask all those running... what is the primary reason you want this daunting task? if the main reason you are running is out of the respect for those that nominated you..then i ask ..what is your secondary reason for running? :) Let The Race Begin Regards Steve
