Hi Daniel,

a) I am waiting for a third one from Fritz;
b) that would not solve the problem with existing databases, GUIs, PGN viewers
   etc. now facing different FENs for identic positions;
c) Winboard always has supported (without a need as I think) three virtual
   variants: "normal", "nocastle" and "fischerandom", where the FEN already
   is containing all necessary information to distinguish between them, by
   providing castling rights or not;
d) from the viewpoint of Chess960 (superset of chess) there is no need to
   switch also an UCI engine into a special Chess960 mode as I have explained
   in compatible suggestions to extend the UCI protocol appropriately; a UCI
   engine is able to ALWAYS play Chess960 and handle all extended FEN inputs
   correctly, and to do that all in a compatible way.

Regards, Reinhard.
